Woda Number 6 is one of the successful film of 2072 B.S. Woda Number 6 is the first film produced by comedians jointly and this film turned out to be a hit. Woda Number 6 is directed by Ujjwal Ghimire which portrays the story of a village which has been affected by maoists revolution and how it affected the lifestyle of different people. Film portrays a very sensitive issues of Nepal in a comic way which entertain audience throughout the film.
The story of Woda Number 6 is written by Deepak Raj Giri whereas Abhimanyu Neerabi has wrote the screenplay for the film. Sugam Pokharel and Rajan Raj Siwakoti has composed the songs for the film. Surke Thaili song from the film turned out to be blockbuster and also hold a record as ‘First Nepali Song To Cross 1 Crore Views’. Woda Number 6 features Deepak Raj Giri, Priyanka Karki, Jitu Nepal, Kedar Ghimire, Sitaram Kattel, Sandip Chhetri, Dayahang Rai in lead role.

After the success of ‘Chha Ekan Chha’, Deepak-Deepa got motivate on producing film which resulted Woda Number 6. They convinced other comedians to invest on the film and everyone invested as much as they could. Interesting thing is, on ‘Chha Ekan Chha’ Deepak-Deepa approached for investing but no other comedians took risk as they were not sure if they can make a good movie or not. But after the success of ‘Chha Ekan Chha’ everyone got convinced that they can make a good movie that resulted to invest money in the film.
